Using 3D I was able to show how my own home can be transformed to increase visitability and make it a home that can be accessed by all ages and abilities. The Age Friendly Portland Action Plan calls for one no-step entrance. I wanted to see if I could design for this in a way that was seamless with the home's architecture and did not look temporary.
My house has 3 steps up which limits who can visit and who can purchase my house in the future.
